Associate Sales Representative
Coast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons and collaborate with medical teams across an assigned territory. The role focuses on developing relationships, presenting product overviews, and participating in continuous development and training.

Responsibilities
Grow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners
Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs
Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events
Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning
Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning
Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Complete hospital credentialing, including vaccination requirements
Must reside in the assigned territory
Preferred
B.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field
Outside B2B sales experience
