IntePros is seeking experienced auditors to join our SOX ICFR testing team on a contract basis. This role will support the execution of SOX 404 testing of internal controls over financial reporting, contributing directly to CEO/CFO sign-off on the company’s financial statements.

Responsibilities

Perform testing of effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)

Review documentation, request and evaluate evidence, and record conclusions in AuditBoard (SOX module)

Prepare clear and accurate workpapers to support findings

Collaborate with internal teams and process owners to complete testing

Partner with external auditors on reliance testing and status updates

Communicate results effectively, both in writing and verbally

Required

Hands-on experience with SOX 404 / ICFR testing

Big 4 public accounting or large financial institution experience
