They are seeking a senior sales professional to manage probate intake calls, guiding families through critical decision-making processes with empathy and authority.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Handle inbound probate intake calls (phone and Zoom)
Lead 45–75 minute consultative conversations
Speak with a mix of professional, business-like callers and emotionally sensitive families
Present pricing confidently based on attorney-reviewed information
Close qualified clients at a high conversion rate
Take clean, structured notes and hand off files accurately to the legal team
Maintain high standards for empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Participate in ongoing coaching and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
7–15+ years of experience in a demanding, consultative sales environment
Experience handling inbound + outbound sales: 5 years
Comfortable discussing death, loss, finances, and major life transitions
Ability to be empathetic without being emotionally fragile
Ability to slow a conversation down, take control, and lead
Thrives in structured, high-responsibility roles
Wants to be paid well for doing meaningful, high-level work
