Required

Amazon Connect call routing, multi-channel (voice/chat/sms/email) & telephony
AWS backend services — Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway
Conversational AI using Lex (IVR/voice bots) and automation use cases
Analytics & QA with Contact Lens and enterprise reporting
Integrations with CRM (Salesforce/ServiceNow) and WFM/WFO systems
Migration experience from traditional contact centers (Avaya/Cisco/Genesys/Mitel)
AWS security, IAM and enterprise compliance understanding
Ability to size, scale and optimize AWS workloads
10–15+ years contact center domain experience
5+ years hands-on with Amazon Connect
Background in enterprise migrations and modernization programs
Strong customer-facing and consulting skills
Capable of producing design documents and architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD)
