Responsibilities
Translate business goals (reduced wait time, agent efficiency) into clear product requirements
Define and prioritize MVP scope vs Phase 2+ capabilities
Maintain product backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner with:
O Kiosk teams
O Mobile and backend engineering teams
O Airport Operations stakeholders
Track success metrics (response time, override resolution time, adoption)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Product Owner in enterprise or operational environments
Ability to work with technical teams on complex workflows
Comfortable defining MVPs for event-driven and real-time systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Preferred experience with mobile applications or workforce tools
