Responsibilities
Attend weekly project meetings and take structured notes
Help maintain and update key project logs, including:
RFIs
Submittals
Change orders
General project documentation
Support estimating efforts with basic quantity takeoffs under supervision
Participate in job site visits to observe field operations
Actively engage with project managers, estimators, and field teams
Ask questions and seek understanding of construction workflows
Qualification
Required
Curious and eager to learn how construction projects really work
Reliable, organized, and punctual
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, logs, and basic data
Willing to communicate early when questions or obstacles arise
Interested in construction, project management, or estimating careers
