Responsibilities
Oversee the full rebrand and repositioning of all outlets across the property
Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence and guest engagement
Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, service consistency, and profitability
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple venues
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning, budgeting, and operational strategy
Execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in financial outcomes and guest experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit food & beverage operations
Consistent tenure: 3–5 years with each recent employer is required
Demonstrated success leading turnarounds, rebrands, or repositioning projects
Strong financial acumen with a proven record of improving operational performance
An inspirational, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate diverse teams
Highly collaborative with strong cross-department communication skills
Commitment to long-term success—must reside in or relocate to the Wabash community
Culinary background not required, but broad hospitality expertise is essential
