Responsibilities

Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, VAT/GST, and other regulatory filings
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax payments and reports to relevant authorities
Assist in tax audits and inquiries by preparing necessary documentation and supporting data
Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile tax accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
Support to the Corporate Executives as required
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of standard contract templates and legal documents
Support the contract lifecycle process, including tracking, filing, and maintaining records of executed agreements
Coordinate the electronic signature process using DocuSign and ensure timely completion
Maintain and update the contracts database and shared legal documentation repositories
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Sales, ISCO, People Operations, Technology) to gather information and support legal requests
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to contracts and legal operations
Assist with periodic updates to templates and policies in response to changes in legislation
Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing summaries, and managing correspondence
Support the renewal and maintenance of Talogy’s IP portfolio in collaboration with external advisers
Management of office locations, including IT-related issues, mail, vendors, office purchases, in-house meetings, and reducing carbon footprint for reducing/recycling e-waste
Other duties as assigned

Required

1–3 years of experience in a legal operations, contracts administration, or similar role
Basic understanding of legal and contractual principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Preferred

Experience using DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms is a plus
Interest in developing knowledge of IP law and international contract practices
