Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day leadership of technical operations, including all aspects of systems integration, engineering design, material procurement, fabrication, systems assembly and installation, environmental testing, logistics, fielding, and follow-on support
Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Interface with government personnel
Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards
Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates
Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel
Responsible for managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort
Provides direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience leading/managing large-scale IT programs, including service delivery contract, mission critical programs, IT Infrastructure systems and solution development
In lieu of a degree, at least 16 years of experience leading/managing large-scale IT programs, including service delivery contract, mission critical programs, IT Infrastructure systems and solution development
At least 8 years of proven experience managing a program with at least 200 personnel delivering Infrastructure and Operations Support Services to at least 6,000 end users across multiple locations
At least 5 years of experience interfacing and presenting to C-level executives
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location
Preferred
Current Program Management Institute (PMI) certification (i.e Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification)
