Responsibilities
Represent the brand at events, retail locations, and/or online platforms
Interact with potential customers in a friendly, approachable way
Share product knowledge and answer questions about our offerings
Hand out samples, promotional materials, or giveaways
Support marketing campaigns and activations
Post about the brand on your social media (optional, but a plus)
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Background in community outreach, social programs, community advocates
Well connected with community organizations or organized groups or events for people in need
Strong communicator who's outgoing and confident
Positive attitude and high energy
Reliable and professional, with a flexible schedule
Must be able to commute to onsite events
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome!)
Able to work weekends, evenings or different shifts
Preferred
Experience in marketing, sales, or communications
Experience in representing a brand at events, retail locations, and/or online platforms
Experience in interacting with potential customers in a friendly, approachable way
Experience in sharing product knowledge and answering questions about offerings
Experience in handing out samples, promotional materials, or giveaways
Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and activations
