Responsibilities
Manage the integrity of work orders, shop rates, and utilization metrics
Review RFPs and build ad-hoc cost models to support multi-million dollar contracts
Play a key role in transitioning our legacy data environments into a modern, enterprise-wide system implementation
Deliver insights directly to the CFO and CEO, providing the narrative behind the numbers for both internal strategy and board-level presentations
Use Power BI and Power Pivot to extract, clean, and visualize data from disparate sources to improve margin transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with cost accounting, inventory, or project-based manufacturing
U.S. Person status (required for government contracting compliance)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
