Responsibilities

Design synthetic simulation scenarios to test autonomous vehicle behavior under varied conditions
Analyze simulation outputs to identify software regressions, improvements, and test gaps
Collaborate with autonomy and simulation teams to create robust test plans
Develop understanding of AV system functions and subsystems
Flag tooling limitations and propose workflow improvements
Support safety validation across complex driving scenarios and ODD expansion

Qualification

Autonomous vehicles experienceScenario-based testingLinux proficiencyGit usagePython scriptingAnalysis skillsDocumentation skills

Required

Experience with autonomous vehicles or traffic scenario simulation
Familiarity with scenario-based testing (not sensor-level or ECU-level simulation)
Comfortable working in Linux and using Git
Ability to modify scenario config files and simulation parameters
High-level scripting or Python familiarity

Preferred

Background in AV safety validation or ODD expansion
Simulation exposure across different driving environments
Experience with simulation tools used in AV development
Strong documentation and analysis of simulation results
