Responsibilities
Serve as the primary strategic lead for select key accounts, developing integrated performance marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, and analytics that align with client business objectives and KPIs
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Lead client communications, presentations, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and confidence in our recommendations
Translate data into actionable insights. Partner closely with channel specialists and analytics teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and guide optimization and testing roadmaps
Develop high-quality client-facing presentations, reports, and narratives that clearly communicate performance, insights, and strategic direction
Help define and improve internal workflows for strategy development, account planning, and cross-channel collaboration. Work closely with paid media, SEO, analytics, and creative partners to ensure cohesive strategy, execution, and measurement across all initiatives
Assist with the agency’s internal marketing efforts, including thought leadership, case studies, social media content and website maintenance
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices in performance marketing. Apply new ideas and frameworks to elevate both client outcomes and agency capabilities
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or a related role (agency experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and analytics, with the ability to connect channel performance to broader business outcomes
Proven experience leading strategy for clients including presentations and executive-level communication
Advanced analytical thinking with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and major paid media platforms
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a talent for simplifying complex data into clear narratives
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable building structure in an evolving environment
Preferred
Experience supporting internal marketing initiatives or new business efforts is a plus
