Head of Client Services

Creator Match is a leading tech-enabled agency focused on building and scaling Creator programs for Tech Brands. The Head of Client Services will oversee client-facing delivery, manage the Client Services team, and ensure exceptional service quality while driving growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Directly manage Account Leads, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development
Scale the Client Services team across multiple functions while maintaining culture and quality standards
Drive hiring strategy and execution in partnership with leadership, including role definition, candidate evaluation, and onboarding design
Upskill the entire Client Services team through training programs, best practice documentation, and continuous learning initiatives
Establish clear performance metrics and accountability systems for all team members
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure alignment and growth
Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration that scales with headcount
Own client retention and satisfaction across the entire portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
Drive upsell and expansion strategy by identifying opportunities to grow account value and scope
Maintain visibility into all active campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and Creator Match standards
Resolve complex client escalations independently, escalating to COO only when client retention is at risk or strategic guidance is needed
Implement systematic client health monitoring including regular business reviews, satisfaction tracking, and retention forecasting
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for key accounts to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities
Ensure exceptional client experience across all touchpoints, from onboarding through campaign wrap and renewal
Partner with CEO and COO on new business efforts
Lead or support pitch presentations for prospective clients, demonstrating agency capabilities and building confidence
Scope and timeline new campaigns, ensuring accurate resource allocation and realistic deliverables
Provide strategic input on ideal client profiles based on team capacity and campaign success patterns
Support RFP responses and proposal development with operational and execution insights
Build case studies and success stories that strengthen new business positioning
Manage agency bandwidth and capacity planning, ensuring optimal team utilization without burnout
Build and refine scalable processes for campaign execution, client communication, and quality assurance
Establish standardized playbooks and SOPs for common scenarios, reducing decision fatigue and increasing consistency
Implement quality control systems to ensure all campaigns meet Creator Match standards before client delivery
Monitor campaign profitability in partnership with COO, flagging scope creep and budget concerns
Create feedback loops between campaign performance and process improvement
Stay ahead of creator economy trends across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms
Lead Creator Match's expansion beyond LinkedIn, bringing expertise and best practices from other social channels
Provide strategic counsel to clients on platform selection, content strategy, and creator partnership approaches
Establish Creator Match as a thought leader in creator marketing for tech brands by contributing to content, speaking opportunities, and industry conversations
Build relationships with platform partners and stay informed on algorithm changes, new features, and platform opportunities
Partner closely with COO on strategic planning, resource allocation, hiring decisions, and team performance
Collaborate with CEO on business development, high-stakes client relationships, and company vision
Work with finance on invoicing, budget management, and payment processing oversight
Support marketing and content initiatives that position Creator Match as an industry authority

Required

5+ years of agency experience with increasing leadership responsibility
Deep influencer/creator marketing expertise across multiple social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X)
Proven people management experience with direct reports and performance management responsibilities (managing managers is a plus)
Sales or business development experience, including pitching, scoping, and closing client partnerships
Startup or high-growth environment experience with ability to build processes from the ground up in resource-constrained settings
Track record of scaling teams while maintaining quality, culture, and client satisfaction
Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable
Expert-level client management with proven success managing complex brand relationships and creator partnerships
Strategic problem-solver who can troubleshoot at scale while maintaining attention to detail
Capacity planning and resource allocation mastery to balance team bandwidth against client demands
Process optimization mindset with obsession for efficiency and scalability
Ownership mentality with willingness to roll up sleeves and jump into execution when needed
Remote leadership excellence with demonstrated success building and managing distributed teams
Executive-level communication skills across Slack, email, video conferencing, and client presentations
Data analysis and reporting capabilities to interpret campaign performance and make strategic recommendations
Deep platform expertise with understanding of content trends, algorithm behavior, and creator best practices
Project management proficiency with experience using tools like Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or similar
Presentation and storytelling skills for client pitches, QBRs, and internal team training

Preferred

Tech marketing experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology environments
LinkedIn power user who actively consumes content and understands platform dynamics
Multi-platform fluency with hands-on experience running campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels
AI/automation interest with experience or eagerness to implement workflow automation tools
P&L management experience with understanding of agency economics and profitability drivers
Experience working with high-profile brands and managing sensitive or high-stakes relationships
