Ability to multitask and prioritize for high volume requisition load
Qualification
Required
2 years of recruiting experience
1 year in healthcare recruiting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
Strong interpersonal skills
Understanding of human resources policies and practices
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize for high volume requisition load
Must be living in FL and able to participate in on-site career fairs and occasional trips to HQ in Palm Beach Gardens for events and summits
