Responsibilities

Oversee proposal timelines and resources for your pod, ensuring effective project management and successful delivery of client initiatives
Participate in recruitment efforts and onboard new team members to support the organization’s growth and evolving demands
Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives that equip team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to evolving industry trends and technological advancements
Develop resource planning strategies to effectively allocate team members to projects, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal utilization of skills while maintaining quality output
Developing integrated marketing strategies that leverage a mix of channels, platforms, and tactics to effectively reach and engage the target audience while aligning with client objectives
Working with Clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and success
Leading brainstorming sessions, providing thought leadership, and contributing innovative ideas to drive creative and strategic excellence within the team and organization
Developing a clear understanding of client objectives and translating them into actionable strategies
Building comprehensive pitch decks that showcase the strategic vision and outline the details of proposed campaigns
Acting as the center of Viral Nation’s solutions by being an expert on what we offer and creating frameworks that enable productive collaboration across the teams Strategy collaborates with
Collaborating with the accounts, creative, and client solutions teams (paid performance, community management, measurement, and talent) to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines
Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines
Driving new business and expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities and crafting strategic plans based on your knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes
Collaborating with the sales and account teams to develop strategies that highlight Viral Nation’s competitive advantages

Required

A minimum of 7 years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces
Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer marketing
A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
A visionary mindset with the ability to turn thought-starters into fully integrated strategies, pitch decks and campaigns
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with brands and at agencies
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
