Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle BRM system to meet business requirements and maintain industry standards
Oversee the development team, offering technical guidance and ensuring coding, testing, and deployment best practices
Customize and configure BRM modules, including creating configuration scripts and workflows tailored to specific business needs
Engage in strategic planning to align BRM initiatives with overarching business objectives
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Oracle BRM, including architecture and development
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on identifying root causes of complex issues
Proven leadership experience, especially in guiding development teams and collaborating with offshore resources
Expertise in BRM customization, configuration scripting, and system performance optimization
Familiarity with data security practices and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Oracle BRM Certifications Or Related Qualifications
Prior experience with 24×7 support models and working with offshore teams
