Responsibilities
Own the architecture and evolution of creative systems and tooling across the Performance Creative team
Design scalable workflows within ClickUp, including workspace structure, custom fields, dashboards, and native automations
Ensure systems are intuitive, well-documented, and built to scale as creative output grows
Build and maintain custom automations and software integrations using tools such as Zapier, Cassidy, Fivetran, and APIs where applicable
Identify manual or inefficient processes and replace them with automated, scalable solutions
Monitor and improve automation reliability, performance, and documentation
Design and maintain creative performance and operational reporting frameworks
Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Motion, and ClickUp
Leverage advanced spreadsheet skills, including formulas and macros, to support reporting, forecasting, and insight generation
Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that improve speed, consistency, and insight across creative systems
Partner with teams to responsibly integrate AI into day-to-day workflows
Partner with Creative Strategists, Media teams, and Leadership to ensure systems align with performance and business objectives
Translate creative and business needs into scalable system, automation, and reporting solutions
Act as a technical and analytical thought partner across the organization
Support creative scoping, budgeting, and contracting processes through systems and reporting
Ensure tooling supports visibility into effort, utilization, and output to inform planning and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leveraging AI within workflows to improve efficiency and output
Strong experience in data visualization and reporting
Proven ability to build custom automations and software integrations
Deep understanding of ClickUp and its native automation capabilities
Operational systems mindset with experience designing and scaling workflows
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formula and macro development
Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe, Figma, Canva, Frame.io, Air.inc, and Motion
Experience working in an agency environment supporting creative teams
Preferred
Hands-on experience in creative execution (design, video editing, creative direction, or briefing)
Experience building internal tools or lightweight software solutions
Comfort collaborating closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
