Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
Review timecards, payroll records, and reports for accuracy
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and billing
Answer employee questions related to payroll and benefits
Maintain confidential employee and payroll records
Assist with audits, reporting, and year-end payroll activities
Follow documented procedures and support process improvements
Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and HR team members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, benefits, HR, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Comfort working with numbers, records, and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in business, accounting, or a related field
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
Familiarity with employment and payroll regulations
