Strong generalist HR background across all core disciplines including talent, reward, employee relations, and organizational design
Proven track record of leading change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
Commercial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with business and finance leaders
Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
Experience in fast-growth, transformation, or complex operating environments
Exposure to diverse market operations
Additional language skills
Track record of scaling organizations or evolving HR operating models
Qualification
Required
