Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage innovation programs and pilot initiatives that align with organizational priorities

Facilitate ideation workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional sessions to generate, refine, and prioritize new ideas

Maintain and evolve the organization’s innovation frameworks to ensure repeatable and scalable processes

Partner with business and technical leaders to evaluate feasibility, risks, and potential value of pilot programs

Develop and monitor KPIs and innovation metrics that measure progress toward CiNO-driven objectives

Coordinate communication and reporting for innovation initiatives, ensuring leadership visibility and alignment

Build strong relationships across departments to remove barriers and enable the flow of innovation initiatives

Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, tools, and best practices into innovation efforts

Document lessons learned from pilot programs and create playbooks for scaling successful initiatives

Required

5+ years of experience in program management, innovation management, or related roles

Strong background in facilitation of workshops, design thinking, or ideation frameworks

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives

Strong analytical and organizational skills to track programs, metrics, and outcomes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with innovation methodologies (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Agile)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation Management, or related field

Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational change

Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes through innovation programs

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Innovation Management, or a related field
