Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding technical and business requirements and recommending standard or customized solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with market needs
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales agreements
Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and customer feedback

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology, industrial hardware, or embedded systems industry

Self-motivated, results-oriented professional able to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and deliver effective solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
