Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Post daily accounting transactions and support ongoing cash management activities
Work with an external HR/payroll provider to submit payroll (no prior payroll experience required)
Assist in preparing documentation and schedules for the annual audit
Maintain financial records in alignment with internal accounting policies and procedures
Perform additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned by the manager
Qualification
Required
Functional understanding of US GAAP
SAP experience preferred; similar ERP systems also acceptable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems including SAP Business One, Concur AP, Salesforce, and Power BI
Strong attention to detail and financial analytical abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
