Responsibilities
Estimate project scopes, conduct takeoffs, and produce professional proposals
Oversee projects from planning through closeout across DC, MD, and VA
Perform site surveys and lead bid walks and meetings
Track budgets, approve invoices, and monitor job documentation
Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients
Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
Identify process improvements and help build scalable workflows
Qualification
Required
3+ years of estimating commercial construction/exterior building services experience required
Customer communication and jobsite coordination experience required
Valid driver's license required
