Responsibilities
Drive business development through personal network and industry credibility
Identify, onboard, and guide large accounting firms and PE-backed clients
Act as trusted advisor to executive teams on forecasting and FP&A automation
Shape go-to-market strategy and product adoption roadmap
Provide strategic financial guidance for Fractional Labs as a company
Qualification
Required
Proven senior finance or accounting experience with strong network in PE-backed companies or professional services firms
Track record of closing deals, influencing executives, and scaling adoption
Strong thought leadership profile (speaking, publications, or visible industry presence)
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with equity-only co-founder model
Preferred
Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or financial platforms is a plus
