Territory Sales Manager
Spire Ranges is a specialized design/build partner for shooting ranges, working with various clients to create safe and high-performance facilities. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle, building relationships and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and close contracts.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a regional pipeline of qualified opportunities (new construction, renovations, expansions)
Develop relationships with key stakeholders: business owners, developers, architects, general contractors, and public-sector decision makers
Run discovery calls and site visits to understand project requirements and timelines
Coordinate internal resources (estimating, design, engineering) to produce proposals and project scopes
Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet margin and timeline goals
Track activity and forecast accurately in CRM (pipeline, stages, close dates, next steps)
Attend and represent Spire Ranges at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to manage it effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to coordinate internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in presenting solutions and negotiating terms
Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activity and forecasting
Preferred
Experience in the shooting range or related industry
Familiarity with project management principles
Ability to understand technical specifications and project requirements
