Responsibilities
Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes and create process maps
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing process improvement projects
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Support change initiatives by developing training materials and conducting workshops
Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement
Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar improvement frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation, or RPA tools
Finance process experience (P2P, O2C, FP&A, reporting) if tailored for a finance organization
