Responsibilities
Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to understand their needs and introduce our real estate cash buying services
Qualify leads by assessing their interest and readiness to engage with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into loyal customers
Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
Provide timely follow-ups to inquiries, ensuring prospects feel valued and informed throughout their journey with us
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer relevant insights and advice to potential clients
Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our collective sales approach and success rate
Qualification
Required
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
High school diploma or GED is required
Two years of previous sales experience
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
