Coordinating with the aviation operations team to ensure optimal aircraft performance
Qualification
Required
Experience with aircraft maintenance for PC12 and B407 airframes
Proficiency in inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and safety standards
Ability to perform detailed maintenance documentation and follow precise procedures
Excellent problem-solving, technical, and communication skills
A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification required
Preferred
Previous hands-on experience in aviation maintenance or related fields
Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
