This role will oversee construction activities for water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe jobsite and ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
Short-term scheduling of manpower and equipment resources
Coordinate permits and regulatory inspections
Manage field documentation, including daily reports
Capture and maintain progress photographs
Oversee material handling, including receiving, inventory, storage, and spare parts
Coordinate subcontractors
Handle jobsite hiring as required
Maintain and manage as-built drawings
Participate in post-construction reviews
Manage small tools and equipment
Interpret and enforce contract documents
Ensure jobsite security
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Provide accurate quantity reporting and timekeeping
Identify and communicate scope changes to the Project Manager
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supervising water or wastewater construction projects
Strong supervisory background with effective leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Current training as a Competent Person in Trenching, Scaffolds, Rigging, Confined Space, and Fall Protection
Current OSHA 10-hour certification, First Aid & CPR, SWPPP Inspector, silica awareness, Risk Management, and Accident Prevention training
Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar construction projects
Preferred
Experience managing craft labor and self-performed work preferred
Hands-on experience with cast-in-place concrete, piping, and mechanical equipment installation
