Responsibilities
Effectively conduct all aspects of managing assigned sales territory and grow the business year over year
Generating new business by creating demand at the dealer level
Develop relationships and awareness of products/solutions at distributor level to ensure dealer demand is properly served
Develop new and incremental business within the product scope
Develop new leads of distribution, new alarm dealers, introduce NAPCO to end users
Proper management of this region will require excellent sales planning and disciplined execution skills
Approximately 70% travel is expected
Qualification
Required
5+ years of security industry sales experience
Hands-on, technical understanding of electronic security products
Ability to effectively conduct all aspects of managing assigned sales territory
Ability to grow the business year over year
Experience in generating new business by creating demand at the dealer level
Ability to develop relationships and awareness of products/solutions at distributor level
Ability to develop new leads of distribution and new alarm dealers
Ability to introduce NAPCO to end users
Excellent sales planning and disciplined execution skills
Approximately 70% travel is expected
