Responsibilities

Manage quality and commissioning documentation across multiple projects

Track inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions through resolution

Support development and maintenance of project Quality & Commissioning Plans

Prepare quality reports, audit summaries, and closeout documentation

Coordinate inspections, commissioning activities, and project meetings

Communicate quality requirements to internal teams and subcontractors

Support compliance with contract and Interstates quality standards

Identify documentation gaps and recommend process improvements

Support training of field teams on checklists and documentation processes

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

3+ years of QA/QC, commissioning, or project support experience

Strong understanding of inspections, testing, and commissioning workflows
