Responsibilities

Develop physics-based simulation models for mechanical systems, including:
Heat transfer
Fluid dynamics
Structural mechanics
Use simulation outputs to optimize product performance, such as:
HVAC fan speed
Temperature set points
Overall system efficiency
Apply optimization algorithms to improve:
Time to market
Operational and energy efficiency
Layer AI/ML techniques on top of simulation and optimization models to:
Increase engineering productivity
Improve performance outcomes

Qualification

Required

Strong experience in mechanical system simulation (core requirement)
Hands-on exposure to optimization techniques and algorithms
Working knowledge of AI/ML applied to engineering or simulation workflows

Preferred

STAR-CCM+
Modelica
Python-based open-source optimization libraries
PyTorch
TensorFlow
Master's degree or PhD strongly preferred
