Responsibilities
Meet and Exceed Minimal Requirements for Prospecting
Perform realtor/broker outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)
Sense of urgency, and ability to respond to internal and external clients promptly
Shop market competitors and perform market studies to assess pricing, marketing, and target market
Daily update of CRM
Meet and exceed set sales goals
Provide a world-class experience for buyers and their representatives
Qualification
Required
Florida Real Estate License Required
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
Ability to travel internationally about every 6 weeks for an average of 3 days, sometimes one week
5+ years industry experience in Sales and Marketing roles
Knowledge of Social Media and CRM
Polished demeanor and communication
Ability to maintain flexibility, composure, and creativity in a fast-paced business growth environment
Ability to professionally represent the Falcone Group and related portfolio internally and externally
Deep understanding of the product and services markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and industry best practices
Preferred
Previous on-site sales experience a plus
