Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
Assist in creating process flows, use cases, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, or reporting tools to support business decisions
Participate in meetings, requirement review sessions, and sprint planning discussions
Support UAT activities and assist in validating business solutions
Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure timely delivery
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
0–2 years of experience (internship or academic project experience acceptable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or Visio
Understanding of business process modeling (BPMN)
Exposure to financial, healthcare, or retail domains
Business Analyst certification (CBAP, ECBA – a plus)
