GPac is a leading Real Estate Company expanding its Cost Segregation division and is seeking a high-performing CPA with a strong sales and business development background. The role focuses on driving growth nationwide by generating new cost segregation engagements and acting as a technical authority for referral partners.

Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts focused on CPA firms , accounting practices, and real estate-focused professionals
Generate new cost segregation engagements through cold outreach, warm relationships, networking, and strategic partnerships
Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor on cost segregation for referral partners
Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine go-to-market strategies
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
Leverage existing internal infrastructure while helping build a new growth arm of the business
Maintain strong relationships with investors, real estate owners, and accounting professionals
Qualification
Required
Active CPA preferred
5–9+ years of experience in Public Accounting / Business Development (Manager or Senior Manager level preferred)
Proven experience in cost segregation (hands-on knowledge required)
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or revenue generation
Ability to work independently and bring in business without extensive oversight
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale something new
