Responsibilities
Assist customers via video, phone, and chat with their tax returns
Navigate multiple software applications to research and resolve complex tax questions
Ensure customers receive timely, clear, and professional assistance with their tax inquiries
Accurately record interactions and provide clear notes on customer support requests
Work closely with a team to meet weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain high standards of service
Qualification
Required
Active PTIN and at least 2 years of tax preparation experience (60+ individual returns)
Proficiency with tax preparation software and M.S 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and hard-wired Ethernet (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or Wi-Fi box connections)
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with customers on video, phone, and chat platforms
Adaptable and Customer-Focused: Ability to meet KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
