Responsibilities
Lead bid efforts from start to finish, ensuring clean turnover to operations
Review plans and specifications to confirm complete scope coverage
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed estimates
Identify project risks and cost impacts
Prepare tab sheets, scopes of work, bid tabs, and trade qualifications
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support conceptual budgeting with management oversight
Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
Attend industry and subcontractor networking events
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Solid understanding of trades across Divisions 2 through 16
Strong math, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a professional approach to collaboration
