Responsibilities

Lead the institution’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support sustainable growth

Oversee all accounting, finance, budgeting, and financial reporting functions

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-making

Manage critical vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure strong partnerships and effective risk mitigation

Oversee facilities-related financial and operational functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Collaborate with the Management Team to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational processes

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls across financial operations

Required

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a bank or credit union

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required

Strong understanding of banking operations, financial regulations, and regulatory reporting

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial systems and lead cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and negotiation skills with experience in successful contract execution

Preferred
