Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Responsibilities
Post daily deposits and apply payments to customer accounts accurately
Process cash receipts, credit card payments, ACH transactions, and wire transfers
Communicate with customers to maintain current payments and support order flow
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, including shortages, pricing, and freight issues
Reconcile AR accounts and assist with aging reports
Navigate customer portals to retrieve remittances, reconcile items, and investigate payment issues
Uphold AR integrity and invoicing policies to ensure accurate records and timely processing
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience within Accounts Receivable or a related accounting function
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate discrepancies, and work independently with accuracy
Preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
