Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable collaboration and productivity solutions within Microsoft 365
Lead engagement and adoption of generative AI solutions, including Copilot, across the technology organization
Support end-users in developing SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, deploy, and optimize solutions
Develop and execute enablement and adoption initiatives to enhance productivity and introduce new capabilities
Monitor system health, security metrics, and Microsoft 365 resources to maintain optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when appropriate
Stay current with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, architecture diagrams, design specifications, and test plans
Mentor and coach junior engineers to support technical growth and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a Microsoft 365-focused productivity and collaboration engineering role or similar
Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 tools
Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, or other user-facing security tools
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Associate-level certification) preferred
Experience with Azure, Intune, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Jira/Atlassian, and identity and access management (IAM) is highly desirable
