Responsibilities
Support Client-Facing Teams: Assist in day-to-day operations of retail and digital banking, including account management, client onboarding, and service delivery
Digital Banking Projects: Participate in the development and testing of new digital banking features, mobile app enhancements, and online banking solutions
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data and banking trends to support business decisions and improve the client experience
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality
Client Engagement: Help prepare presentations, reports, and digital content to support client meetings and outreach initiatives
Market Research: Conduct research on digital banking trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and special projects to support the broader team and business objectives
Learning & Networking: Engage in learning sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities to broaden your understanding of retail and digital banking
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a US-based college student, graduating in December 2026 or later
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking, writing, and analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated work ethic and a commitment to clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word required; experience with digital platforms, data analysis, or project management tools is a plus
Interest in digital innovation, client service, and retail banking
Preferred
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
