In this capacity, you will serve as the primary architect of data integrity, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, while overseeing data validation and driving continuous improvement for operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Identify and bridge information flow gaps between disparate systems, collaborating with application owners to ensure seamless data continuity
Lead a comprehensive program for sustainable information quality, managing metadata challenges and strengthening the control environment
Consult with data stewards and business leaders to align data solutions with organizational goals and operational resiliency
Translate complex Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Technical Specifications into actionable data models and test plans
Oversee complex data loads and test data setups using ETL tools and database management utilities
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices within both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development lifecycles
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development and testing frameworks
Hands-on proficiency with database tools such as Informatica, Autosys, SQL Developer, Toad, or DB Artisan
Extensive experience performing data scheduling, database testing, and validation on Oracle and SQL Server platforms
Strong ability to analyze test-basis documents and technical specs to identify architectural flaws or data discrepancies
Exceptional ability to partner with architects and technology teams to drive enterprise-wide solutions
Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity with our client in the Washington, DC metro area
