Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory for industrial HVAC and air conditioning equipment
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and commercial customers
Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and participate in trade shows and industry events
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to support product selection, pricing, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2–5 years of experience in territory sales, preferably within industrial machinery, HVAC, or air conditioning products
Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
