Responsibilities
Develop, prove out, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for new and legacy parts
Program and support 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining
Partner with machinists to optimize tooling, feeds/speeds, and setups
Create setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentation
Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement
Support new product introductions and design changes from concept through production
Provide technical mentorship to operators and team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment
Strong CAD/CAM programming experience
Experience with Fanuc controls
Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and material properties
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and GD&T
Hands-on, collaborative mindset on the shop floor
Preferred
Advanced experience with multi-axis (4-/5-axis) machining
Mastercam experience
Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering degree
ISO 9001 / AS9100 experience
Exposure to FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Lean, or Six Sigma
