Responsibilities
Support central office shutdown and decommissioning projects
Remove and dismantle legacy telecom equipment (switches, racks, cabling)
Perform hands-on work including heavy lifting and equipment removal
Follow all site safety protocols and PPE requirements
Document work and provide progress updates
Travel extensively to project locations
Qualification
Required
Experience in central office or telecom environments
Hands-on experience with legacy telecom equipment
Ability to perform heavy physical work
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (mileage reimbursed)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a basic Excel skills assessment
Preferred
Familiarity with 2-wire and ISDN circuits, PSTN infrastructure
Experience with MDF and IDF
