Responsibilities

Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination
Coordinate travel logistics, order supplies, perform ad hoc duties
Prepare, edit, proof read correspondence, and reports
Answer/ route calls, emails

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeData entryAttention to detailProfessional communicationScheduling coordination

Required

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data entry and document review
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience is helpful but not required
Comfortable communicating with employees and supervisors in a professional office environment
