Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and maintain operational excellence aligned with business objectives
Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to lead complex projects and oversee cross-functional teams effectively
Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide diverse teams effectively
Ability to analyze data to inform, develop, and iterate on operational initiatives
Preferred
Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred
