Responsibilities
Serve as the organizations day to day IT lead and trusted advisor
Oversee daily IT operations, incident management, and service delivery
Manage infrastructure, servers, cloud applications, and vendor relationships
Partner directly with senior leadership on IT priorities and execution
Support compliance and operational needs in a healthcare environment
Participate in on-call coverage rotation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT management or operations leadership
Strong interpersonal communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing IT environments (Windows, servers, cloud, third-party platforms)
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service workflows
Hands-on leadership style with willingness to support the team when needed
Preferred
Healthcare IT experience
CompTIA, CCNP, or similar certifications
Degree or equivalent experience
