Responsibilities

Manage the Cerner domains (refresh, troubleshoot, etc.)
Cycle servers
Manage Ops jobs
Monitor and implement Cerner flashes
Facilitate the weekly Cerner RHO call
Serve as Revenue Cycle SME and act as escalation point for complex issues
Coordinate with CCL and integration experts to relay business needs
Scope resource needs for projects
Support project work as assigned

Qualification

Cerner build toolsRevenue Cycle SolutionsCCL knowledgeCerner Domain managementEnglish communication

Required

Expert-level knowledge of all Cerner build tools
Intermediate to advanced-level CCL knowledge (for queries and audits, running backend updates for routine tasks, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Olympus and managing Ops jobs, understanding the relationships between the jobs
Cerner Domain management experience
Expert-level knowledge of all Solutions within Revenue Cycle
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
